I encountered this exact thing happening last November.  I called PayPal and tried to find out what the issue was.  I was informed that some changes were made to their system last month that has created some glitches and that there are aware of the problem.  They will add my email address to their "ticket" as a request to follow-up.  Shortly after that, I was receiving emails and olthers were complaining on this board that they were not receiving emails.   I suggest that all you you call PayPal and have your email added to their "ticket" to get this fixed. ... I sell a lot of digital images in which I send to my customers via email.  I'm having issues with the email address that defaults to (service @ paypal.com) when I have receive a payment for and invoice I have sent.  It use to default to my customer's email address so that all I had to do was to send a "reply" email to them and attached their graphics file.  Now, I have to remembers to copy and paste their emal address into the reply box.  Is there a way of changing this? ... Olivia~ thanks for keeping us posted.  Why didn't/doesn't PayPal send out an email letting members know that there is an issue with notification of payment emails and that they (the member) needs to check their account for payments received and not rely on these emails?  When one is use to always receivng notifications and all of a sudden, without any notification from PayPal of issues, one would think that they have not been paid.   Also, I very disappointed in PayPal for not fessing up to the problem on their end and making it sound like it was our email provider spam filter, or the settins we had set up in PayPal, etc. ...
