Bought some batteries on eBay and paid but didn’t realise went through as a echeque. Few days later the seller randomly cancelled my order and I asked them why and all I got was if it’s out of the uk he can’t send them. I live in the uk so I still don’t see his issue in completing my order. In the meantime my echeque was still pending. Then it cleared and had left my bank. I couldn’t do anything through eBay regarding cancellation as I hadn’t received a refund. Messaged seller again to say payment left my bank so please refund me, he told me no payment his end, so back to PayPal and a screen shot of my payment and being told they can now refund me their end, so pass on message to seller, another reply stating they couldn’t do it and then Today I just got a message from eBay saying sorry refund failed please contact seller. All I want is my money back for something I’ve never had. This is so frustrating. Does anyone know what I should do? I can’t do anything through eBay as have tried. Messaged PayPal and awaiting response. Fingers crossed I get my refund.
