Wow a "supposed" e-bay seller trolling a forum of angry customers trying to convince them to stay with Paypal... Funny, you sure you're not a Paypal employee? 😉 I (Productpushers3) actually have had my account since 2001 with a 100% feedback rating but that's besides the point. I was using 97% as an example. If you are a loyal customer that has never had an issue with delivering an item, have 0-2 cases and and have 97-100% feedback rating than that should be credit enough. I've already suspected Paypal of holding its customers money to gain interest for a long time. There's been multiple occasions where I as a seller had to wait almost a month to get money back on a return yet it came out of the customers bank account that same day. Where does that money go for 25 days? If it's not in my Paypal account or the customers, where is it? I'll tell you, it's in Paypal's bank account and they're gaining interest on it. I called multiple times an no employee or manager could explain why it was taking 20+ days to get the money. Going back to Paypal's new "**bleep** our customer because we're too lazy to go after criminals" policy, there's no way you're going to convince your consumers that it's ok to hold their money until their transactions have cleared because we'll be totally at the mercy of PayPal and the consumer to get paid which from our past experience, takes forever! Under the new Paypal rules, say I sell 80 bikes per month that cost 300 dollars and 30 dollars each to ship. That means just off of the bikes I sell ebay will be holding $26,400 of my money for 21 days and then I have to put forward another $2,400 out of my pocket to ship the items. Now you tell me in order to get the money each and every customer has to be happy enough to leave immediate feedback? What if we're shipping internationally and there's no tracking and our customer doesn't leave feedback? Too many what if's for me. The blue suiters at Paypal know that this policy is wrong along with the countless E-bay employees I spoke to on the phone but they just say it's the rules and they can be changed at any time. It's about time everyone gives up on Paypal and goes somewhere where they appreciate their customers and don't try to **bleep** the good ones to make up for the bad ones. Paypal can try to justify **bleep**ing its consumers all it wants but in reality they're **bleep**ing themselves. I'm sure there's people lining up at the bit to take your profits.
