I have been a PayPal user for almost 10 years. Couple of days ago I wanted to set up an option to see my PayPal Balances. I was asked to submit 3 documents which I did. Yesterday, I received a message and asked to resubmit the same documents which I did. I have been receiving messages today asking me to go to the Resolution Center and resubmit them again. There is no option for me in the Resolution Center to submit any of the documents requested because I'm not disputing anything. This is absolutely a type of meaningless service that PayPal Support GATE KEEPERS who are answering the chat messages by firing up canned responses without even reading and/or understanding the issue that I'm experiencing. Why on the earth that I was able to use PayPal to purchase digital books even few days ago without any issues? Why on the earth I have been using PayPal for the last 10 years if my account did not comply with government policies? Why on the earth that I needed to submit and resubmit the documents multiple times? Does PayPal management even care to audit to see how bad the Support is for which I am sure that they are spending money for staffing? VERY FRUSTRATING!
