Hello, I know this comes up a lot and that it takes a while for refunds to process, but I was part refunded on an older transaction due to an underpaid postage fee. This refund has been in pending since 5th July. Says it's refunding to paypal balance. However, the original transaction was on 14th June and I paid with my debit card, which cleared on 17th June according to my bank statement, so the usual 'waiting for it to clear before it can be refunded' argument doesn't apply here. Any idea why it's taking so long? Will it go to my balance as it states, or direct to my card?
