  I have received 100s, and I mean 100s of the following email. Does anyone know where these are coming from: <removed> Automatic reply to PayPal email SAXK (KMM353139898V18364L0KM)   Dear ,   Thank you for contacting PayPal Customer Service. In an effort to assist you as quickly and efficiently as possible, please direct all customer service inquires through our website.   Log in to your PayPal account. Click on Help & Contact at the bottom of any PayPal web page.   This will give you further information on how to “Call us” or send an email via “Message Center”.   Alternatively, you can log in to your PayPal account and choose "Resolve a problem in our Resolution Center", which will take you to PayPal's central hub for buyer and seller resolution and limitation information. You will find information about the limitation and steps to remove it below:   Log in to your account. Click Resolution <https://www.paypal.com/disputes/> Center. If you have a Business account, click More and then Resolution Center. Click Go to Account Limitations. You are correct. Paypal seems to be a crook's best friend, since Paypal will do nothing about, for example, a 30 day money back guarantee that the seller refuses to honor. Apparently, to quote Paypal, "As stated in our User Agreement, the claims process only applies to the shipment of goods."   You see, your sitaution was that you DID get a shipment, albeit is an illegal copy. But you did get a shipment, that is all that counts apparently. According to Paypay refunds do "not apply to complaints about the attributes or quality of goods received. Therefore, we are unable to reverse this transaction or issue a refund."   So unless one doesn't get a physical shipment I guess that is it. This is not customer service.   If I had known that frauds and crooks have a friend with Paypal policies, I would have never used Paypal to purchase the software I purchased.   If I paid with a regular credit card, the bank would have refunded the the amount. In my case $69.95   No more purchases with Paypal, at least when there is a choice.   And I will let others know this so they do get caught in these unethical policies.   Our site gets abouyt one million hits per month and we have a Hall of Shame.
