@kernowlass thanks for your answer and tip. Of course buyer haven't received the item because still in transit, less than a month, opened the case 12 days after it was shipped. It's common sense that when a package is registered you won't get it that timeframe that you're telling me, even in USA (I've live there and I can say that too). Sometimes even the USPS website stays at: "usps status not updated" and it's not your fault and probably the record was delivered. I'm also a buyer and I know it's not fair to open a case 12 days after is shipped, unless I live in the same city or really near. Also you have to know that most of post offices around the world takes a lot of days or have a deficient website. eg. USPS. If you're telling me that use that option of 7-10 days, you're suggesting that I uses FEDEX, UPS or DHL... that's impossible to use, they charges are high and no one will buy something. Thing here is that PAYPAL/eBAY don't use common sense, you can't close a case when the seller uploaded all the information (proof of shipping) I even take photos to my packages with tracking number and send the photo to my customers. Anyway... SELLERS don't have any protection it's simple as that. Funny that PayPal most popular tags: scam fraud dispute refund Paypal help claim
