In your Profile tab, you will be told the last date that the code was requested. If this is too far back and you no longer have access to this statement you can provide a copy of your card statement so we can manually confirm your card.
You will have to fax in a card statement within the last three months, please contact PayPAl customer support on the number below in order to start the process.
