Hey, I should post a final follow up to my saga here. This is even more unbelievable. First, kudos to paypal. After hours on the phone, and several very HOT letters to their so said non support about how you don't get delivery confirmation for overseas shipments, someone finally actually reviewed my case and refunded my full amount for shoes sent the wrong size out of China. Without even charging back the seller. So the seller made money selling cheap, wrong size stuff, but either way I got my money back. I donated the shoes to charity and thought I was done. Well I was done with pay pal's end of things, but this stuipd seller kept on sending me messages that they would refund (partial) for the shoes if I closed the case. I wrote back several times that is IS closed. I was refunded. Keep your money, and Ill never shop there again, but either way it's done. Well after about a half dozen of these, I finally thought ok, Ill get really rude with this twit company. Insulted them, their nationality, everything. Honestly just hoping they would write me off and stop bothering me. I did tell them I was made whole and this is over. They must be braindead. Well... they "refunded" me the sales price of the shoes anyway. So I actually made money on this whole thing. (well unless you factor in my time fighting for a lousy 18.00.) I have to say, over the years, pay pal has always had much more reliable support. I don't know what happened. I sure hope I never need them again. Actually there is a craft fair coming up and I might need support to get their CC reader to work. (Always has issues.) I might be better off just switching to some other service for that.
