its more then 1 month now that i open a case claim of not receiving my item and my case was on favor me to get my refund my back but now its more then 23 days now that i got msg on 7 sept that my money will be refund in 2 3 business days but i didnt get till now tell me in ebay dictionary how many 2 3 business days = ? or ebay just making others fool to show them this item is ebay buyer protection or paypal protection and get nothing in return if something happened  and i know paypal hold my money to make more money in business they really dont care some people really need their money back ... i bought notebook from seller but she didnt ship my item to me and after few days she msg me ask for refund because her account was hacked so i claim in paypal for refund and  seller reply to paypal that her account got hacked so she didnt sell anything so after that i got mail that my money will be refund on 10 september  and today is 11 september and my refund is still on pending why ?
