Why ebay not helping me out to get my refund back ?

its more then 1 month now that i open a case claim of not receiving my item and my case was on favor me to get my refund my back but now its more then 23 days now that i got msg on 7 sept that my money will be refund in 2 3 business days but i didnt get till now tell me in ebay dictionary how many 2 3 business days = ? or ebay just making others fool to show them this item is ebay buyer protection or paypal protection and get nothing in return if something happened  and i know paypal hold my money to make more money in business they really dont care some people really need their money back

If you are in a country that can not recieve paypal payments, just send, then paypal/ebay will send you a check.

i am in US so no need for cheque and i dont know how many excuses will be use for not refund my money this msg i got on 7the sept so how much more wait ?
