Waiting for refund

i bought notebook from seller but she didnt ship my item to me and after few days she msg me ask for refund because her account was hacked so i claim in paypal for refund and  seller reply to paypal that her account got hacked so she didnt sell anything so after that i got mail that my money will be refund on 10 september  and today is 11 september and my refund is still on pending why ? Check this mail

I am sorry to hear about your recent transaction.  If you have filed a claim within PayPal and the seller has initiated a refund then this is a good start.  The status of 'pending' means that when the seller issued the refund back to you, they did not have sufficient funds in their PayPal balance to cover the refund amount.

In this situation, the seller would need to transfer funds from their bank and wait for those funds to clear to their PayPal balance before we can complete the refund to your account.  PayPal will provide an expected clearing date but these are not a guarantee and can be affected by holidays, bank delays, or insufficient funds in the sellers bank account.

PayPal does make two attempts at obtaining the funds from the sellers bank and if both attempts fail then we will review the case at that time and if your purchase is covered by our PayPal Buyer Protection, we would issue you a full refund and seek reimbursement from the seller.  As soon as any updates are available you will be notified via email and the Resolution Center.  Take care.

its more then 7 days now...do paypal really refund me back or is just a waste of time to wait for refund ?because i realli need my money back from her and buy another notebook..and this item was ebay buyer protection + paypal buyer protection and still no action i see from last week

where is my refund money ? its more then 2 weeks now that i got message on 7 sept that my money will be refund in 3 business days...why paypal hold my money ?the item which i bought is paypal buyer protection and still no action why?or should i open this issue in my bank about not refunding my money
