Paypal_David> Sorry to dig up an old thread, but I am particularly annoyed by this witholding funds -especially since I have always gotten my payments relatively quickly. I have used paypal's link to ship items, wouldn't that be evidence enough that I have shipped the item? As well, the item hasautomatically entered as "Tracking", since there is a tracking number to it. So why is it, that even if it arrives earlier, that my funds withheld, and I need to contact Paypal to prove myself, when your services did all those stuff already. As well, how does this now work for person to person meetings? Do I have to now MANDATE on my ebay selling page to actually POST a feedback asap? I can't do that, nor can I even force them to do so. I understand that internet has a bunch of fraud and security issues that such things have to be set up. But I don't like it when I am still being penalized when I am utilizing the service provided to me. edit: yea, even this page states clearly that: "If you print shipping labels through eBay or PayPal, funds should be available 3 days after we can confirm that the order was delivered. Your tracking information uploads automatically, and you’ll get funds to help cover shipping, too.* (whatever that certain restrictions may be)" So what IS going on?
