International Transactions with Paypal Extra card

I am going to travel, and there maybe opportunities for me to buy stuff for my "friends" and ship it to them, rather than lug a huge **bleep** luggage, and THEN ship it when I come back to the states.  It would be nice if I can use this credit card (since it IS a MasterCard, right?), and have my friends pay me through paypal.

Basically, how I want it to work is:

1: I buy stuff for my friend

2: I look at the invoices for my purchase

3: I ask my friend to pay the amount on my invoice + Shipping through paypal

4: I send it while I am over there

5: When the bill arrives for this credit card, I use whatever is in my paypal to pay it off

Other than the foreign currency exchange fee through paypal, is there anything I should know about for this card, before applying?

Is this even a good idea to begin with?
