Why is it that I cannot link my BillMeLater account (which I've had for years) to my PayPal account? I tried making a purchase from Adobe.com for $399 and I clicked the PayPal button as the method of payment. After signing into PayPay, I chose BillMeLater as the payment option and then I entered my birth date and SSN. The transaction was denied and no reason was given. I can complete BillMeLater transactions everywhere except for PayPal.com. Why can't I do this transaction on PayPal.com? Thanks
