@missmouse3    Are they VPN's only you can't use paypal with an anonymising proxy. @missmouse3,   How your money is refunded depends on how the payment was sent. If you originally paid with a bank and voucher, the funds would be returned to both sources. If you're unable to use the voucher again, I recommend contacting PayPal's customer service for further assistance with seeing if the voucher can be reset.  You can click 'Contact Us' at the bottom of any of our pages to get a phone number to reach us at, or you can contact us on Twitter (https://twitter.com/askpaypal) or Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/PayPal). Thanks for advice but credit card cos will only intervene if purchase is over £100 and re small claims court, they have no juristicion over companies based in PRC! Hence the reason I am looking for places to name & shame to help protect others! ... View more
