@missmouse3    Are they VPN's only you can't use paypal with an anonymising proxy. @missmouse3,   How your money is refunded depends on how the payment was sent. Thanks for advice but credit card cos will only intervene if purchase is over £100 and re small claims court, they have no juristicion over companies based in PRC! Hence the reason I am looking for places to name & shame to help protect others! ... View more
