I tried to login to pay for an item using Opera browser. I was told that my login details were incorrect but they were not! I then tried using Google Chrome browser & my login details were accepted! Does this mean Paypal only works with Chrome?

I was refunded the cost of a missing item by seller but Paypal have only credited part of the refund to my bank & the rest is made up of a "voucher" Where is this voucher?

Thanks for advice but credit card cos will only intervene if purchase is over £100 and re small claims court, they have no juristicion over companies based in PRC! Hence the reason I am looking for places to name & shame to help protect others!

Ok, thanks, it has passed 180 days & also where can I " name & shame?" I think its important people can see info on sellers they deal with! I gave this seller V good feedback when I first received the item however after it became faulty & they refused to reply I felt it was important to let others know to prevent them also being scammed!

I would like to wanr others of this seller : ******* , they sell faulty goods & refuse to answer any messages about those goods ! I bought an LED outdoor lamp which lasted only a few months & was advertised to last over 50ooo hours! When I sent a message to complain, they asked for photos & said they were sorry & would get back to me - they never have despite numerous messages Avoid buying from them! Posted edited to comply with forum guidelines.
