I ordered an item online. Shipper uploaded tracking number showing it was delivered in my city and zip code. I never receieved. Contacted USPS, they called me said that it was not addressed to me and it was addressed and delivered to someone else in our city. I got USPS to send me email stating that this tracking numbers package was for a different customer and address. Uploaded this to both ebay and paypal. Both have been absolutely worthless, terrible, pathetic. Ebay sided with seller, paypal sided with selled.
