Hi, I sold a blazer to someone, he received the package but claims the blazer is "off". I asked him what is wrong but he never sent me clearly whats is wrong, and he contradicts himself (first the right shoulder is flat, then the left shoulder is too wide, then that the fronf of the blazer is produding somehow). Before selling it I provided measurements and pictures of the blazer, and he using some creases on the blazer as a claim that its "broken". Then he sent me pictures of him wearing the blazer and it's perfectly fine, and it fits like in pictures online of the same blazer model from the same brand. Is this enough proof for paypal to close the claim in my favor? Does anyone even look over the claims? Can I call paypal and handle it right there and close the claim? Never had a claim before so I dont know how to deal with this and win this false claim. I read online that buyer always win claims.
