Recently I raise claim against proxy company (seller). Paypal request me to provide more information on transaction. Each time i provide information to resolution Centre, the system flag me as seller (as in seller name) who provide information. even information there is commenting section which also show is my comment and attachment. Then I provide extra information the record show as buyer provide information in system in the timeline. I did call customer service, they inform me there is nothing to worry. Then after few days , paypal request me to provide police report. i submit the report but the system still flag me as seller who send report. Now the status is under review seller information. As in the timeline the seller only submitted once while myside submitted 3 times and system showing i only submitted 1 time while the seller submitted 3 times . Timeline: 18th Nov - I escalate into claim 19th Nov - Seller provide information 24th Nov - Paypay give 3 days seller to provide information and seller didnt respond. 27th Nov - Paypal request me to provide information within 3 days 29th Nov- i provide the information but system flag me as seller who provide information 2nd Dec - i provide addition information and system show as me who provide 3rd Dec - Paypal request me to provide police report 4th Dec - i provide the police report but system flag me seller who provide report in the system should be i be concern on this? As worry paypal will mistakenly think is me as replying on behalf of seller? this is before i submit (most current) After i submit , it become like this
