So the charge was 17 $ and this payment shows only on my debit card. Allbthe times i use paypal i git charge. I already went to the bank to apply for a new card but i still get charge from paypayl. I m not a new holder account and i did not add any card. Also i got charge all the times after depositing money in my bank account. Its all under miscelleus payment account paypal
