Someone as said they have sent me a payment it’s not come through PayPal but I have received an email from pay pal upgrading service and it’s gmail account stating my account is restricted due to limit (£50) it states the buyer must send additional £100 and the full £150 will be deposited this lady is buying a used item from me. Is this ligit or a scam
