I have transaction dispute how to refund my money transfer to send transfer same Paypal user abort transfer to bank who not receive transfer from foreign bank. I have friend who send me money transfer as amount $317.70 and my bank name SEA BANK can not received the money transfer please abort the transfer to SEA BANK and send to my Paypal Account here @Lydiasihombing79 i Will attach the file of receipt transfer from my friend Bank he use Paypal also.
