@kernowlass Yes I did open a PayPal dispute and provided all communication and information with the seller. The seller only responded after I opened the dispute and through PayPal. I did not escalate because the seller offered a refund for the item and I agreed. I did ask the seller to provide shipping because the item did not match the description, but the seller ignored me and eventually I paid for shipping myself and dropped it off. PayPal says the seller will refund after delivery of the item, which is later than the set date for the auto-closure of the case in favor of the seller, despite PayPal also telling me I need to provide shipping information by a date that's LATER than the auto-closure date of the case itself. The seller did offer a refund in the PayPal dispute center and I accepted it through the PayPal dispute center, and yet the case will auto close in his favor before the refund transaction is completed. This makes no sense.
