Hi I ordered a coffee grinder on facebook market place for £270. The seller sent a video of grinder with my name/ date written therefore thought it was genuine. They provided an email for payment to which payment was sent via paypal friends and family --> I could not see the other option. I have not recieved the grinder and the seller is no longer responding. From reading in the forums I understand I've paid with the wrong system, what would be the best way to proceed in terms of charge back if this is possible?
