I just got this email today too! 5/22/24 saying they just received an “order inquiry” and it’ll be “processing.” Semi-glad to know I’m not the only one experiencing this lately & I’m not actually out of $400+. I DID however click the link already, since I quite literally woke up to this “transaction”; should I be worried? It just showed a “receipt” copy when the link opened with the total amount ($461.) I’m not sure if this helps anyone else but the customer service name “Tonya” didn’t match the email address sent from, which when tapped down went to a different name (Teresa.) So that’s another way someone could verify I think too.
