"Awaiting seller response" for a refund case and two service not delivered cases, what happens next. I filed on the 20th of March. FYI I feel the seller is a scam & fraud cause he has been ignoring my messages. Before he stoped replying my messages he has agreed for a refund for one of the transactions. There are a total of 3. The other two he didn't deliver.
