Paypal removed all of the filters businesses use to view what is happening with transactions.  The last update has been a nightmare.  Hopefully they reverse it or create a fix. ... View more

I called customer service serveral times and nobody in support knows anything or can help in any way. This is making it so difficult.  They removed the filters without warning or notice and now it is a mess.  I cannot tell when transactions that take longer to process pop in and need to be shipped because they are in a pile of transactions that cannot be searched.  This is going to cost me a lot of time and orders will be missed. For the past 12 years, Paypal has had a filter on all transactions for "Ready to Ship" In their last update, they removed the filter so now it is very difficult to track which orders have been shipped. Does anyone have any tips on how thye do it? ... View more
