I've been trying to access my paypal account for the past week. I've called support 3 times and each time they've told me to wait 48 hours or, the last time, to wait 72 hours. They never solve the problem, the problem is being ignored. I put 290 dollars in my paypal account on the 22nd to prove that the account is mine and this idiotic blockage keeps getting in the way of my account. I've already changed my password twice and still this blockage gets in the way! Take this stupid block off my account, it's useless. ... View more

As I said, I don't think it's possible to add a phone because the account is too old. What happens is that when you add the phone after logging in, the screen goes blank. My account cannot be accessed. When I try to claim "We're having trouble making sure it's you". It's worth remembering that I've never been able to add a phone, this account is very old and I think it's a bug that means I can't add anything. The add screen flashes and everything disappears, just a blank screen. I need to access my account immediately!
