Yesterday I used my PayPal to renew my website hosting with Namecheap as I do every year, when I confirmed the order my credit card was charged with the order amount ($108.88) but the payment was not received by Namecheap and the transaction doesn’t appear in My PayPal account. I tried to contact PayPal support many times but I not able to reach them. What can I do to get my money back?
