I am an Indonesian freelancer, and I cannot transfer funds from my Paypal account to my US bank account. It always replied with "There's a problem. Right now, we're not able to transfer the funds to your bank account." I've already googled my issue, many users answered that we have to wait, however, it's been more than 24 hours, and I still couldn't do it. What happened? is paypal deliberately withholding my hard-earned money?
