I cannot withdraw my money. Back then, I tried switching to business account type because I thought I would get additional transaction limit. I'm a freelancer and paypal is the only way I get paid by my clients, but I do not own a business. Paypal then asked me to verify my business info, which I do not have, so I cannot provide anything to them. Now I'm stuck. My money cannot be withdrawn, my info won't get verified because there's just no way it would get verified and the customer service does not help me switching back to personal account.
