My pc was recently compromised by malware, and my information was leaked. I had to change many passwords for my accounts, but I failed to change my paypal's password promptly, which allowed unknown strangers to make a fraudulent refund case against my friend, claiming that I'm missing a phone. When I tried to make a case against it in the resolution center, I'm unable to do so as it is closed and the site told me I'm not allowed to make one. So now I need people's help in preventing this refund transaction from occurring against my friend, if needed I'll try to share my activity details to help get a better look into this. Thank you.
