No I am in Australia (I live in Australia) and trying to buy from an Australian site. This is now the second Australian site I have been rejected from. But my Daughter has a PayPal account and the sale went through fine. After doing some research it seems to be a PayPal glitch. Hopefully when I need to pay for something else it will work as I don't do a lot of online purchase form Web Sites.
