I received an email saying I authorized a transaction of more than 100 euros to a place called zooplus (never heard of it), with shipment to some address in Italy. I'm 100% sure not me or anyone I know has made that transaction. I opened an issue in the resolution center, but it was closed after a couple of hours saying I authorized the transaction. I tried to email zooplus but they won't reply. Is there anything I can do to get my money back?
