Just in case you may need it for the future, here's How to spot a fake / phishing PayPal email or site. Regarding your unauthorized case, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams to see if there's any additional information needed or if an appeal is possible. If it's not, and the transaction was paid for by a debit / credit card or a bank, you may want to contact your funding source to see what options may be available.
