Hello PayPal Community, I'm reaching out for some advice on how to handle a situation I find myself in with PayPal's dispute resolution process. Recently, I was involved in several disputes initiated by a buyer, against transactions on my account. The decisions made in these disputes were not in my favor, and I believe they were unfair, based on the following reasons: Before we start so quick context : Im a dev and do that for a living and i had a claim that i did the dev for him for about 3 month after that we parted way and a week ago i got a claim on the payment i recieved 3 2 and 1 months ago for my service as dev that i already did claiming as the proudct wasnt recived and yeah i got the money through friend and family : Inconsistent Claims: The buyer’s claims were contradictory across different disputes. In some cases, the service I provided (development of a FiveM server) was claimed as non-downloadable, while in others, it was marked as unauthorized. Lack of Evidence Review: I feel that the evidence I provided, including chat logs and the nature of my service, was not thoroughly considered in the resolution process. Absence of Buyer's Proof: It appears that the buyer was not required to submit substantial proof to support their claims, particularly concerning the nature of the transaction (service vs. product). Given these points, I’m looking to appeal these decisions. Could anyone advise on the best way to approach this? What steps should I take to ensure that my evidence is properly reviewed and considered? Any guidance on navigating this appeal process would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help and suggestions. Best regards, Kwk
