Good day, I've ordered a product online, Celyn Eye Tightener, and payment was made via PayPal. The Courier Service, Shipping24h.vip kept me posted on the progress of my shipment but the tracking number they provided is not traceable at Namibia customs. I've contacted the courier service and was informed to contact the suppliers. As I've paid via Paypal, I've no details of the supplier but send my enquiry to Banbain Trade Co. that was paid by PayPal. I've not receive any feedback from the company to whom the payment was made. Any suggestions/ advice from the Paypal community? Thanks. Val-Nam
