I can't add money to my account. there is no "send money" button below my balance. There is a "Send Payment" button but when I clicked it, a message appear that says "there is nothing to transfer right now, try again when you have a paypal balance". How do I add to my balance? I've seen many tutorials, and all of them has "Send money" button, mine don't. thankss guys I'm new here, I've just made my first account and linked my bank account (it says confirmed). I haven't linked a card, because it always got declined.
