I sent an invoice and paid me but you hold my payment which did not happen in the last 3 weeks, just this week. It says to hold upto 21 days. Follwed some steps to widraw the money and says can get within 7 days and still no good. I need help. Also, I would to ask if this also happens when my client will just sent me the money and tag it as family or friend than sending him invoice, what is the diffence between the 2? Will you still hold the money if they send me directly a money and not creating an invoice?
