Hi. I bought growing tent from growdutch in august. I made the payment via seller's platform, but without creating account in paypal. I have invoice and paypal transaction ID in the mail. Because of fraud(i didn't received the product and my order has been canceled without my request) i need to open dispute and describe the transaction, but it is not in my profile(i have the transaction ID in confirmation mail for the payment). How can i proceed with this situation? How can I open dispute about that? Thank you in advance!
