I ordered an item for $108.43 Canadian Dollars. The seller sent me something completely different. I disputed this with PayPal saying I received a far inferior product that is nowhere near what I thought I was ordering. Seller is now willing to refund me my full amount, IF I ship the item back. Tracked shipping to China costs roughly $100 CAD. HOW AM I ON THE HOOK FOR THE SHIPPING COSTS WHEN I'M THE ONE WHO WAS DEFRAUDED? I literally end with almost NOTHING. Should I issue a chargeback with my credit card company? Will issuing a chargeback blacklist me from using Paypal in the future? I have no issue returning the product, but the seller should be the one sending me the return shipping label.
