There is a recurring annual charge of $97 to my Paypal account by Q7 Network Company Limited. How can I find out who this is? I've reported it but Paypal says that is actually authorized. I've asked them to tell me more about this company and crickets. Is there any other way because there is nothing about them on GOOGLE other than a trucking company or a an accounting company and there company names are a bit different.
