Paypal let me one day to reply to a case

Hello I have a paypal account in Thailand as a thai citizen with verified DNDi from local Bank On the 1st november which is a sunday paypal opened a case  from a buyer who claims to not have received the music sheet and on the 3rd paypal decided to give the case to  the favour of the buer without let me time to give the proof the music  sheet were sent by email. my account is now permanentely limited and I just have the below reply from them what can i do? my paypal account is    thks for help Best nicolas Message From PayPal 06/11/2023 at 12:09 Dear Nicolas [Removed], Thank you for contacting PayPal.
