I recently tried buying something on TikTok shop using PayPal, but TikTok decided to cancel my order mid transaction. My bank account says PayPal charged for this order despite the order being cancelled. Can I assume PayPal will be refunding this transaction soon? Also, my bank hasn’t fully processed the transaction but rather left it pending for now, and this transaction was involved with my debit card.
