When I made my PayPal account, for some reason couldn't use my actual phone number and decided to use a fake phone number similar to the one I actually have. Years later, I now have an actual need for a PayPal account and would rather have the account linked to my main Email address, but I cannot login. When logging in, I get a message like "Let us confirm this is actually you" and send a code to the FAKE phone number to confirm my identity. Now I cannot get the code because it is fake, which means I cannot login because that message pops up every time I try to login. (after filling Email address and password)
Any ideas? Any fixes? Am I just out of luck on this one?
