Hi, I need to contact someone in Management. I have an issue with being defrauded by buying some counterfeit clothing from Spain with my PayPal. I was asked to return my items, which i did, but I had to pay $78!!!!!! It is like PayPal are protecting them. The seller admitted to selling me counterfeit items, but PayPal still wants me to pay for return shipping and as far as I know has not caused any repercussions for the seller and they are still trading on PayPal even though they are criminals. I have been in chats with the PayPal customer service, however they do nothing, they just do what they are told to do like robots. How do I take this matter further?
