I've diligently provided all the required details and information, but unfortunately, the responses have ceased. To give you a brief overview, my account was permanently limited on August 04, 2023, after receiving payments through an invoice and other transactions labeled as goods and services on July 29, 2023. It has been 145 days since the funds were received, and there are only 35-41 days left in the 180-day holding period. While I understand the standard holding period and respect the PayPal terms and policy, the urgency for these funds is crucial for running campaigns and ads for my business. Considering the absence of any chargebacks, disputes, or unusual activity throughout my PayPal usage, I seek a more expedited resolution. I am exploring any available legal options to expedite the process, given the time-sensitive nature of my business needs but I'm concerned about the time and cost involved where I've a months+ left to finish the limitation period of 180 days.
