I cannot login to the Paypal website with my PC. This is because my phone was stolen a couple days ago and I no longer have access to the telephone number associated with my paypal account and when I select "change number," I receive a prompt saying, "Sorry, Paypal cannot confirm it's you." This is very frustrating as I am receiving emails about my Paypal Mastercard being used and subsequently declined, due to an insufficient Paypal balance. However, if my card is being used, (I only have the mobile version), then someone has access to my account. I also received an email stating that "safari" blah blah blah is a trusted browser, and I have never owned an Iphone, so this is not me. I need to secure my account and preferably soon. I have no phone to call customer service so hopefully I can get this resolved here. I am also going to shoot a message to customer support on Paypal's facebook page. Thanks! Footnote: I am aware of whose Safari Browser it is with access to my account. I guess I forgot to logout when using a friend's phone so I really just need to use that one trusted browser from my account and change the password. And I guess, reorder a new Mastercard with new numbers.
