Hello @PayPal_Meghan Thank you for responding back to me but for sure the customer help center is so poor to the extreme because you go the message area but you never get help from there and even leaving a message there does not help. And yet the message area should allow us to leave a message which can be responded to in 24hrs but it is just bots there. This is a very big company not to have enough staff to respond to customers. It is so painful. I have tried to post a message but no response for a week. I want to add a developer to integrate the payment gateway but emails are not getting sent and no help at all. Please help me to reach to these people. It is so painful to see that i fail to get help on a small thing like this
